We close out this circle by reconciling all bills and will submit them to you for payment. You see all the bills. No hidden charges. These services are offered at a flat rate or percentage fee determined on the full scope of service requested.

With the exception of site selection, all services are provided on a cost plus basis. That means you pay a management fee on the services we manage. All accounting will have full transparency and paper back up. We manage the budget and submit applicable bills to you in your preferred method. There are NO HIDDEN COSTS!
